These terms govern the use of the Siteliner platform (siteliner.ai, app.siteliner.ai and any workspace we host for a customer) by the company that subscribes to it (the "customer") and the people it invites (the "users"). Siteliner is operated by Pantaia ("we"). A signed order or subscription agreement with a customer takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
Siteliner is a construction operations platform: project records, estimating, procurement, documentation, site snagging and finance views, with AI assistants that work from the customer's own documents and data. We host a separate workspace for each customer and keep customers' data apart.
Workspace administrators create user accounts and decide each user's role. Users keep their credentials private and tell their administrator at once if they suspect misuse. Personal access tokens created for outside agents act with the creating user's permissions and are that user's responsibility until revoked.
The customer owns everything it puts into its workspace and everything the platform generates from it: cost sheets, documents, knowledge bases, reports. We hold it as the customer's processor under our privacy policy, use it only to provide the service, never use it to train models, and return or delete it when the subscription ends. The customer is responsible for having the right to upload what it uploads.
The assistants produce drafts: estimates, documents, summaries, suggested actions, email drafts. They can be wrong. A qualified person at the customer reviews and approves anything before it is relied on, priced, issued, or sent. Where an assistant changes a record (for example edits a cost sheet line) it does so under the user's own permissions and the change is attributed to that user. Nothing an assistant produces is professional, legal, or financial advice.
A user may connect third-party services such as Microsoft 365 to their own account. Access is granted by the user (or their organisation's administrator), limited to what that user can already see, and can be withdrawn at any time in Integrations. The third party's terms apply to the connected account. We are not responsible for the availability or content of connected services.
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance, and we will try to do it outside UK working hours and to warn administrators of planned downtime. Support is by email at hello@siteliner.ai or as agreed in the customer's order.
Fees, billing periods and any usage-based charges (for example storage or AI usage) are set out in the customer's order. Where a customer brings its own AI provider account, the provider bills the customer directly for those requests.
We own the platform, its code, its design and its generic models and templates. The customer owns its data and the outputs generated from it, and grants us only the licence needed to provide the service. Company-specific knowledge captured in a workspace (rates, formats, procedures) belongs to the customer.
Each side keeps the other's confidential information confidential and uses it only for the purpose of this relationship, except where disclosure is required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to a customer in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid by that customer for that period, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. The customer remains responsible for decisions taken on the basis of AI outputs (section 4).
Either side may end a subscription in line with the customer's order. We may suspend access where there is a security risk, a breach of acceptable use, or unpaid fees, and will tell the administrator why. On termination we make the customer's data available for export for 30 days and then delete it.
We may update these terms; material changes are notified to workspace administrators at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the customer's order says otherwise.
